To Request:
1. On our website, click "Search the Catalog."
2. Click "Log into My Account" and enter your card number and Password.
3. You can search by Keyword, Title, Author, or Subject -- or even by format (Book, DVD, CD, etc.).
4. When you find the item you want, click "Place Hold" and select your pickup location. Then hit "Submit."
Staff will contact you by phone or e-mail when your request arrives.
To Renew:
1. Follow Steps 1 and 2 above.
2. Click on "Items Currently Checked Out" and select item (s) you want to renew.
3. Click "Go" and you should get the message "Successfully renewed items."
Please do not leave phone messages about renewing books. Call or visit us during normal business hours or renew online (see above). Thank you!

SUMMER READING 2017 STARTS!  -  6/28/2017 - 10:00 AM
Join us for the 2017 Summer Reading Program! The theme this year (for all ages) is "BUILD A BETTER WORLD" and very apropos these days, don't you agree? The Summer Reading Program will run from Wednesday, June 28, through Wednesday, August 16. There will be fun programs and contests for all ages. Our End-of-Summer Reading Party for those who participated in the program will be on Thursday, August 17, from 2:00-3:30 with a concert by the band Hungrytown and, of course(!) ice cream!. You will need to register for this event. Sponsored by Friends of the Library, Malser Humanities Trust, and the Hugh W. and Harriet K. Crawford Endowment for the Pearle L. Crawford Memorial Library.

Mad Science Show ~ 2017 Summer Reading Program Kickoff  -  6/28/2017 - 11:30 AM
The Mad Scientists from the Mad Science Company will be at the Library to help us kick off our 2017 Summer Reading Program. The first 50 children to check in with Ms.Kathy will receive Instant Snow from the Mad Scientist. No registration is required. This event is fun for all ages. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Sponsored by Janet Malser Humanities Trust.

Yoga with Julie  -  6/28/2017 - 3:15 PM
Five-week session runs June 14 through July 19 (no class on July 5). If you have always wanted to give yoga a try, now is your chance! All levels of experience are welcome. Bring a mat and blocks if you have them; if not, Julie will have some available. Cost is $30/5 weeks or $8 drop in. Join author and Nichols College Assistant Professor of History, Michael E. Neagle, to hear about his book "America's Forgotten Colony: Cuba's Isle of Pines", a study of how American influence adapted and endured in republican-era Cuba (1902-1958).
