Glass Painting Workshop

We are pleased to welcome back Caryl Savard, of Caryl's Studio & Creative Design, to conduct a glass painting workshop. Participants will paint either a wine glass or a vase with a design of their choice. Workshop is free; however, participants wishing to paint a second item may do so for $5.00 (cash). Sign up is required; size is limited to 20 participants. Sponsored by Friends of the Library.

Tai Chi Class

These drop-in classes run Wednesday from 3:30-4:30 in the Fels Community Room and are open to anyone regardless of experience level. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, flat shoes, and bring bottled water. Refrain from eating a large meal beforehand. Taught by Charlene Pilon who has been teaching Tai Chi and Chi Kung for 15 years in community center settings. There is no registration. Admittance is first come, first served and space is limited to 12 participants.

Join local artist Mike Leo for a unique writing workshop fit for both first time writers and the experienced poet wanting to explore new ways of expression.  This program will feature mini-workshops on Blackout Poetry, Ransom Note Poetry and unique word-play activities.
