To Request:
1. On our website, click "Search the Catalog."
2. Click "Log into My Account" and enter your card number and Password.
3. You can search by Keyword, Title, Author, or Subject -- or even by format (Book, DVD, CD, etc.).
4. When you find the item you want, click "Place Hold" and select your pickup location. Then hit "Submit."
Staff will contact you by phone or e-mail when your request arrives.
To Renew:
1. Follow Steps 1 and 2 above.
2. Click on "Items Currently Checked Out" and select item (s) you want to renew.
3. Click "Go" and you should get the message "Successfully renewed items."
Please do not leave phone messages about renewing books. Call or visit us during normal business hours or renew online (see above). Thank you!

David Omar White's prolific output included paintings, drawings, prints, sculpture, murals, illustrations for books and theater, children's books, the White Rabbit (a political strip commenting from the White House lawn), political cartoons, caricatures, and courtroom drawings. Monday Movie for Teens ~ Beauty and the Beast  -  9/25/2017 - 5:00 PM
The movie will be held in the Teen Room starting at 5:00 pm. No registration is required. Ages12 and up. Free popcorn.

Essential Oils Workshop  -  9/25/2017 - 6:00 PM
Learn how essential oils work and how they can enhance every part of your daily life, whether you want to use them for aromatherapy, personal care, or around the house. The first part of the workshop will be devoted to learning about and sampling several essential oils. There will be an opportunity afterward to make your own essential oil spray or roll-on for $10.00. No registration required.

Pokemon Club  -  9/26/2017 - 3:30 PM
Pokemon Fans! Children ages 7 to 14 years old are invited to join our club. Bring your Pokemon trading cards, Nintendo DS games, and anything else you would like to share and discuss. Parents are not required to attend but must stay in the building.

Genealogy Group Presentation ~   -  9/28/2017 - 6:00 PM
Sara Campbell will present a program on the process of searching for records of immigrant ancestors. These include passenger manifests, naturalization forms, and other documents that may contain clues. Case studies will illustrate the unexpected places you may find information. Attendees are encouraged to bring a tablet or laptop and search along during the presentation. Registration is encouraged. Sponsored by Friends of the Library.
